Shawl Every Day 2019

Starting January 1st, I am wearing a different handknit shawl/cowl and sharing some mental health resources. I am doing this so that 1) I can make sure to wear all the things I make instead of just having them sit in a box and 2) reduce the stigma around talking about mental health.
