Providing the best outcomes for children with SEND

Donation protected
SEN Talk provides better outcomes for children with special educational needs. It is dedicated to improving the emotional and social well-being for autistic children and children with attention deficit disorders and other social communication needs.

You can help our families and children reach their true potential by donating to Sen Talk today.

Sen Talk was founded in 2015 by a group of parent carers who were struggling to find the right provision and support for their children. There was a lack of support especially for children diagnosed with autism who were considered more ‘able’ and articulate. There was also a lack of support for children with a diagnosis of ADHD, often described as a ‘behavioural condition’.

There is still little understanding around hidden conditions and how these can impact on the quality of life for an individual. Unfortunately children with SEND are still more likely to face fixed term exclusions, most likely to suffer ill mental health and at risk of antisocial and criminal behaviour.
This continues to be the case, and the organisation continues to campaign against the unfair stigma, highlighting the fantastic contribution that our children and young people can make when supported in the right way.

Now an established not-for-profit organisations, Sen Talk works with children and young people to provide positive opportunities that encourage interest-led play,  promoting positive mental health and well-being,  helping children to build resilience and develop life skills so that they can carry on through life with the same opportunities as other children.

So far the organisation has supported over 2000 children, young people and families across South West London boroughs and hope to continue to reach vulnerable children and young people for many years to come.

Donating online is a simple and secure way to support our families and children.

SEN Talk is an independent Community Interest Company (CIC) and does not receive any statutory funding from central of local government. Our services and activities are funded entirely from grants and donations.

With your help, we can support our amazing community of families and let their children achieve their potential.
