Holistic Life teaching/coaching includes biohacks, such as The REM Sleep Method for falling asleep fast and sleeping better, whichever you need. It also includes stress/anxiety reduction, relaxation, peak performance / flow state and other biohacks as well as valuable research and insights for living a happier, healthier, more productive and successful life, regardless how *you* personally define that success. I have over 20 years of experience in Bio-hacking and living a holistic life, and have been teaching those principles for nearly as long. I also have over 11 years of personal experience in meditation and mindfulness, including teaching for over 8 years.

My initial, Phase 1, goal of $4,500 will support the creation of free content to help people lead healthier, happier, more productive and more successful lives, regardless of how they define success. It will also allow me to accelerate the growth of my outreach to deliver this free content / service to others.
Once this $4,500 goal has been reached, we will begin Phase 2, working towards an end goal of $20,000. Our journey from $4,500 to $20,000 will support the creation of even more free content and will also allow me to hire very well thought out and strategically selected subject matter experts needed for various, more specialized tasks and larger projects to scale up and refine my mission and all operations.
