Saving my mothers home

I am doing this campaign for my mother, who's done so much for me. She lives in Alaska, now. She moved there 10 years ago with a close friend with thoughts of romantic involvement after living the first two decades of my life as a single mom (during which time, she did a fantastic job despite all the hardships).
They bought property together, and built the cabin in the photo together, with thier bare hands.
Her friend died suddently not long ago, a year or more now, leaving my mom to finish the payments on the land to herself.
Unfortunately, there's a time limit on the land contract which expires this spring. My mom has done a fantastic job keeping up with payments even with not always being able to keep great employment due to the isolation of that area of Alaska. There just aren't that many jobs short of a fishing boat.
In short, I am asking for help with donations. My mom spent alot of investment in that relationship, alot of time and money building her home the way she wants it, and alot of blood and sweat went into that place, and now she is risking losing it because of a time clause.
I'm 30 now, married and with a 9 month old son, and a second child on the way. I can already see how hard raising a child can be at times.
This woman did it all- she saw me through Boy Scouts until I stopped at 18 having achieved Life Scout rank as well as induction into Order of the Arrow- one of the highest honors in scouting. She paid for my scouting camp every summer, even after losing a great job to NAFTA in the early 90s.
She stayed by my side when my father passed away. I didn't have as much of a chance to know him as I liked, but we got a few good years in, and so it hurt to see him go, but she was there to see me through it.
She was there to tell me she was proud when I graduated from college as a computer programmer and systems analyst.
Now its my turn, to tell her that despite the world putting up every road block, she did a fantastic job. She's worked for 3 decades now to support me, and I wish so badly that I could just help her finish this land contract.
So, readers- please help me. Please help my mom. She's worked so hard for a long time to give me a good life, and I don't want to see her having wasted the last 10 years just to lose her home in the home stretch. Her birthday is in just a few days, and it would be incredible to give her some hope for her birthday.
