SAFE & CLEAN TOILETS for RAWANG

Hello everybody! 

My name is Roman Bugata, 24 years of age. I have been volunteer in Philippines since january 2018 and now I came up with idea to start my own project. All necessary information is in the video bellow.  
If you wonder why is my name not stated as a creator of this project, it is because I am from Slovakia, unfortunately that means GOFUNDME does not work in my country. But as I wanted to make this project happen so badly I found a way and very helpful customer support suggested me to set up campaign via friend from the country that is already compatible with GOFUNDME. As a result of that I contacted my good friend Thomas from Germany who was excited about this idea from the very beginning. He helped me to start this campaign and also created bank account particularly for this project! Thomas thank you very much again!!!

It's me again, Roman, to tell you something more about this project. Because I extended my stay in Philippines from May to August, I decided to help more, to leave my mark. Me and few of my friends started thinking what is needed and will help the most. We agreed that basic needs are the most important ones, so the idea of renovating the comfort rooms in RAWANG elementary school is very much welcomed. This school is in a mountainous region where 168 kids forget their daily life difficulties. Until last year, they did not even had a source of fresh water. Nowadays, there are still problems such as toilet cleanliness and personal hygiene. To help these kids, we decided to renovate the toilets to maximize their cleanliness and minimize future health hazard risks.

To achieve all of this, we decided to start a fund-raising campaign via the gofundme.com website. Because of the need to tile the floors and the walls in the four comfort rooms, and to afford a booster pump, we need to raise 700€ in funds. Also, because we would like to provide for these kids some basic school supplies such as pens, notebooks, and crayons, and hygiene kits that includes things such as toothpaste, towels, soaps, and toothbrushes, we want to further increase our goal to 1000€. But we cannot do this alone, all your help that we can get is needed. I believe that with all of your support, we will be able to meet our goal and make it a successful project.
