Run for Native Women's Empowerment

Donation protected
On November 3rd and 4th, a dedicated team of eight runners from the Hopi Health Care Center will run in a Ragnar Trail Relay in McDowell Regional Park outside of Phoneix, each running three legs, rotating throughout the day and night for a total of 123 miles.

We're doing our run as a fundraiser for the UNite to End Violence: Native Women's Empowerment Program: https://www.facebook.com/1YR2NWE/

This grassroots organization takes on the issue of domestic violence which disproportionately affects native women. They organize a run to raise awareness every 25th of the month about domestic violence in Native American communities, and prepare care packages to support survivors of domestic violence.

Your contribution will help them expand their activities and reach more native women and their families in need.

You can also support the program by purchasing an awesome turtle t-shirt here:  https://teespring.com/on-the-25th-we-wear-orange#pid=87&cid=2330&sid=back
