Help Plant a Rotary Urban Forest
Donation protected

For a donation of $10, you can be a part of making our dream a reality, and have a tree seedling planted in your honour, or if you choose, you may plant your seedling in a location of your choosing!
Red pine and spruce trees grow quite quickly in our Northern climate, and are disease resistant. The Rotary Club of Kenora's Past President, Gord LeMaistre is a Registered Professional Forester with 40 years experience in the forest industry. He has planted thousands of trees and will ensure that the seedlings are planted correctly in a location conducive to the success of the forest.
Our Rotary Club works hard to improve living conditions for people around the world and an urban forest in our city would be a way for us to thank our community for all the support they have given over the past nearly 100 years so that we may help the less fortunate.
First planting of 214 trees has taken place at the end of May 2017. Next planting will be May 2018. You can sponsor the planting with a donation of $10 or more!
Thank you for supporting our efforts to make our world a better place for everyone!
