Restore Ashburn’s Big Peanut

Donation protected
Any time a native Turner Countian is traveling away from home and tries to explain where they’re from, a go-to option is to say, “I’m from the town with the big peanut.” The Ashburn peanut monument is a reminder of  all of the hard-working farmers (peanut farmers especially but really all of them) that work in acres and not hours to feed our world. Please help us repair this important roadside site.

The hurricane hit Georgia hard! Many of the fields were destroyed leaving the farmers devastated with no chance of recovery on this years crop. Members of the agriculture community are survivors. Even in the worst times they bond together and rebuild. The peanut monument is a symbol of our Georgia Agriculture industry. As you can see it took at direct hit in Hurricane Michael as well. Like our agriculture industry, rebuilding the peanut will symbolize that with time we will rebuild and persevere! Please do your part to help us by sharing this to your friends and family. All donations to this cause are appreciated.
Thank you.
