Reeves Family Support

My name is Denise Johnson and I work with Larry Reeves at Georgia Power in Columbus, Georgia. Larry Reeves and his family suffered devastating lost during the tornadoes impacting Lee County Alabama and Georgia on March 3, 2019. Like many families in the Lee County area their lives were literally turned upside down and in most cases lost their loved ones, homes and possessions. Larry and his family experienced all of the above.  Larry Reeves is a lineman at Georgia Power (Columbus Distribution Area) and is one who normally is the first to step up to aid others in unforeseen circumstances. Larry lost an uncle and three cousins after the tornadoes hit. At least four other family members were severely injured, but survived. As he takes care of his elderly mother (who lost her last surviving brother) and other family members, they're  trying to put the pieces together day by day.  The process for healing and rebuilding will be a long one for all.  Larry's Georgia Power family established this GoFundMe account to help ease some of the burdens for the days ahead. While nothing tangible will ever bring back a lost life we want Larry to know we are "our brothers' keeper", and we have his back.
