You may say he's a strange leader, who is asking support through crowdfunding. Asking for funds to become the Party President !?

But this is the difference. If he had to collect money using wrong means he could have and there was no need to appeal in public. But he does not intend to take that route.

Give him a support because even your small contributions would help us practise honest politics in Nepal.

Nepali Congress Acting President & Coordinator of its Central Policy and Training Institute, Ram Chandra Paudel has been working relentlessly for the people of Nepal and establishing democratic values and good governance in Nepal for more than 5 decades.

His relentless efforts has helped the party to secure top position in latest constituent assembly election held in 2013.

Central policy making and Training Institute, Ram Chandra Paudel heads , has geared up programs across Nepal during the 5 years since previous party elections, that has engaged Congress Cadres and people of Nepal with party's progressive plans and policies.

Ram Chandra Paudel, being one of the most experienced leader with administration and govt leadership at different levels inside party has yet to become first man of the party or the first man of the government.

Out of 5 democratic general elections held since 1990 , Ram Chandra Paudel has won in all the elections.(direct representation). He served country as Minister of Home Affairs, Agriculture, Local Development, Peace and Reconstruction and Deputy Prime Minister. He also served as the Right Honourable Speaker of House of Representatives between 1993 to 1998.

Always caring on people's aspirations, RC Paudel (RCP) has never been pointed out wrong in his decisions and that he has always worked in the National Interest and cared of people's aspirations. He always believe in Simple Living and High Thinking.

Did we ask how our leaders manage their campaign? Did we think about where they get their funds from? and for what and where they spend? Let's create responsible leadership and we (the people) should be able to chose our leader with our support.

We want Ram Chandra Paudel to become Party President and for this we need support.

The funds collected will be used in his campaign. To print leaflets, TV Commercial Campaign and logistic arrangements of his and his campaign team.

Where we expect the funds to be utilized?
Funds will be used in publicity and campaign management.
Team mobility and cadres engagements will be major events to sponser during election process.
Typical estimated costs in Nepal are as following:
Air Ticket Domestic: Rs 5000 (lower range, one way per ticket) ~$50
Lodging/Fooding costs: Rs 3000 min ~$30 (per person per day)
Car Hire for one day: Rs 5000 to Rs 10000 per day ($50 to $100 per day)
Leaflets Printing: Rs 2 Lakhs ($2k) to Rs 3 ($3k) Lakhs for 3 Lakhs (300k)leaflets of standard quality
For successful campaign, other activities including meeting hall arrrangements etc needs to be managed.

We believe transparant management of our leaders and parties activities will help foster democratic exercise where capable leaders get their chance to put their views and opinions and command the position with high integrity.
