Even as an adults, we struggle with expressing our feelings; and most of us 100% understand feelings. We know what it is to have rage and why. We understand being sad and how to handle it. We have learned how to experience pain and not internalize it; but it is still so hard, even as an adult. As a child, I can’t imagine how hard it must be to go through tragedy with such a young mind, and try to make sense of it all… with so many “why’s” unanswered.
Usborne Books & More has been amazing for me and my family at this time in our lives and I’ve decided that I want to utilize the tools they’ve given me to be a positive impact on our community and bless the socks off of Rays of Hope!! Rays of Hope Children’s Grief Center is a community outreach of Hospice Midland. They work with children 4 years to 18 years who have experienced a loss due to death, divorce or other painful transition.
