Quand la maladie a tout fais basculer.
Je m'appelle Elodie je suis la première fille des mes parents et l’aînée d'une fratrie de 3 enfants.
J'écris cette histoire pour demander de l'aide pour ma famille avec qui je ne vis plus mais qui n'arrivent plus a s'en sortir.
Mon papa, ma maman, mes deux frères et ma sœur vivaient comme tous le monde dans la régions de la Haute-Savoie, il y avait des hauts et des bas mais ils étaient stable financièrement.
Tout commence vers Mai/Juin 2017 en partant travailler en suisse (mes parents sont frontaliers), mon papa a eu un petite accident de moto qui après plusieurs examen et rendez-vous chez son médecin traitant lui a confirmer sans lui avoir prescrit le moindre scanner un enfoncement de la cage thoracique. Il a du se mettre en arrêt maladie car son travail assez physique (technicien de salle d'opération) ne lui permettais plus de pouvoir être opérationnelle a 100%.
Durant son arrêt, les visites chez les personnes tel que : ostéopathes, kinésithérapeutes et chiropraticien se sont enchaîné. L'établissement ou il travaillait depuis 5 ans, lui ont entre-temps proposé de monter un dossier pour qu'il soit a l'AI (Invalidité en suisse) c'était donc une affaire a suivre.
Nous sommes au mois de Novembre, 6 mois sont passés et malgré la fin des séances de rétablissement prescrit par son médecin traitant mon papa avait toujours ses douleurs aux niveau des côtes et du dos. Il a quand même fini par reprendre son boulot mais a ce moment là son travail malgré un CDI la licencier pour motif d'absence prolongé. Il a eu donc 3 mois de préavis et a donc touché son dernier salaire en Février 2018. Suite a cela il s'est inscrit a pôle-emploi.
En Juin/Juillet un jour de bel été, mon papa a fais un malaise dans le salon suite a quoi il a été emmener aux urgences pour effectuer plus de contrôle car le samu soupçonnais un AVC. Après plusieurs test il a pu ressortir ils en sont arriver a la conclusion que ce n'était qu'un simple malaise. La semaine qui a suivi son malaise son œil gauche commençais a tombé et sa il a subi une extinction de la voix (il parlait en chuchotant). En septembre il a réussi a trouver un nouvel emploi ou il a pu se faire engager en CDI mais au bout de 3 jours il lui ont demander de quitté son poste car ils ont vu que sa douleur de côtes le pénalisais.
Le pôle-emploi a alors repris le relais. Sa voix ne revenant toujours pas et avec sa douleur toujours présente il décide alors de prendre rendez-vous chez un médecin en Suisse qui lui même après examen l'a envoyé auprès d'un ORL .
(Pourquoi en suisse ? Car en étant assuré LAMAL il pouvait être soigné des deux côté de la frontière et pensant retrouvé un travail rapidement il n'a pas voulu transférer l'assurance côté français).
Suite a cela après examen l'ORL ne trouvant rien il lui a prescrit un scanner thoracique. Rendez-vous pris et là...l'ORL lui demande alors de revenir et lui explique que son scanner a révéler qu'il avait de l'eau dans les poumons. Son médecin qui elle avait également reçu les résultats demande a le voir pour lui expliquer la situation. Elle lui a donner rendez-vous avec un médecin oncologue au HUG de Genève. Tout de suite les questions commencent a faire surface, POURQUOI UN ONCOLOGUE ??
Après avoir rencontrer l'oncologue, il lui donne un autre rendez-vous pour réaliser une ponction qui donnera des résultats qu'on attendais pas...mon papa est atteint d'un cancer non à petites cellules métastatique. LE CIEL NOUS EST TOMBER SUR LA TETE.
Tout s'est enchaîné, mon papa a pu commencer a se faire soigner en ambulatoire, donc ce qui veut dire possibilité de rentrer et aller a chaque séance de chimio.
En revanche coter administration tout a basculer... mon papa a du renvoyé a pole-emploi un arrêt maladie concernant sa maladie. Suite a sa pole-emploi a passer le relais a la sécurité social. La sécurité social ont renvoyé un courrier a ma maman lui expliquant que mon papa n'aurait le droit a rien tant qu'il serait soigné en Suisse, du coup elle a fais une demande d'accord préalable pour qu'il puisse continuer le traitement spécifique qu'il avait déjà commencer en Suisse. Ma maman a envoyé le formulaire S2 au médecin traitant qu'il avait en France et qui lui a répondu clairement qu'il ne remplirai aucun papier car cela faisait 1 ans qu'il ne l'avais plus revu.
Suite a cela 4 mois sont passés, le dossier était en cours de traitement et ma maman a reçu au mois de Mars 2019 un courrier lui stipulant que mon père n'aurait le droit a aucune indemnisation de leur part car il travaillait en Suisse et ce n'est pas a eux de l'indemniser, et que si il avait le malheur de faire basculer le dossier en France la sécurité sociale a menacé m'a maman de faire tout son possible pour que mes parents remboursent tous les traitements déjà procurer par la suisse car sois-disant mes parents sont hors la loi....(HORS LA LOI A QUEL MOMENT ? MES PARENTS PAYAIENT LEUR ASSURANCES TOUS LES MOIS ET AVAIENT LE DROIT DETRE SOIGNER DES DEUX COTER DE LA FRONTIÈRE A CE MOMENT LA).
N'ayant même pas le droit a un transport pour aller a ses séances qui étaient avant de 4 chimio par semaines, ce qui veut dire 2X aller retour pendant 4 jours, et cela toutes les 3 semaines. Et maintenant il en est a 1 séances par semaine continuelle.
Mes parents doivent se débrouiller comme ils peuvent pour que quelqu'un(Moi-même, ou mon frère habitant encore avec eux) puisse emmener mon papa tel ou tel jour. Il a même du y aller par lui même au risque de s'endormir au volant et de mettre encore plus sa vie en danger alors que le médecin lui en a formellement interdit de se déplacer seul.
Ma maman a contactée l'assistance social de l'hôpital du HUG pour qu'elle fasse un dossier a l'AI qui est actuellement en cours de traitement, cela peut prendre jusqu'à 6 mois.
Nous sommes au mois d'Avril et entre temps la vie d'avant de mes parents elle continue d'avancer le loyer de leur maison, les factures, le crédit de leur voiture prise 3 ans auparavant, l'assurance maladie, les frais pour mes frères et sœur, les repas...bref tout continue sauf que un détail a changer ma maman est a présent toute seule a toucher un salaire car mon papa lui n'a plus le droit a rien !!!
A la demande de l'assistante sociale la ligue du cancer les a aider financièrement de ce qu'ils pouvaient. Mes parents ont été envoyé vers l'assistante sociale transfrontalier qui elle aussi fais de son mieux pour les aider dans leurs démarche, et leur a conseiller de faire un dossier de surendettement qui vient d’être envoyer il y a 1 semaine. Les factures s'accumulent, les huissiers commencent a venir un par un pour leur réclamer les sommes dues. Ils ont malheureusement un retard sur tous ! Le loyer en retard (peur d'avoir une décision d'expulsion), le gaz (facture ouverte) donc ils n'ont plus de chauffage et plus d'eau chaude depuis le mois de décembre.
Puis la dernièrement en ce qui concerne la voiture, ma maman a essayé a plusieurs reprises depuis décembre de prendre des arrangements pour le crédit de la voiture ( réduire les traites par mois pour pouvoir continuer a les payer) mais ils n'ont jamais rien voulu savoir.
Suite a cela un huissier leur a été envoyé et cette personne pas très aimable leur a tenu des propos ahurissante !
Je cite : Votre crédit de voiture prise il y a 3 ans, vous n'auriez pas du prendre aussi cher !
Réponse de ma maman : Mais qui allait me dire que mon mari allait tombé malade?!?
Puis cette personne a répondu en faisant du chantage en disant : payez la somme de 3000 euros tout de suite et débrouillez vous pour trouver 20000 euros pour la semaine prochaine ou sinon je fais saisir le véhicule et la met aux enchères le 12 avril. Ce seul et même véhicule avec laquelle mon papa se déplace toutes les semaines pour pouvoir suivre son traitement de chimio et a qui si on lui enlève il ne pourra plus y aller. ET TOUT CELA MALGRER LENVOIE DU DOSSIER DE SURENDETTEMENT !!!
Et pour finaliser la chose mes parents ont un petit garçon qui a 7 ans maintenant et qui est né handicapé avec les pieds beaux. Mes parents ne peuvent même pas lui faire procurer les soins orthopédiques qu'il lui serait nécessaire pas manque malheureusement de moyens financier.
Beaucoup de leur entourage les ont aider comme ils pouvaient mais sa ne suffit plus... alors je vous demande je vous en supplie pour mon PAPA, ma MAMAN, mes deux FRÈRES et ma SŒUR SVP accélérer les traitements administratifs, et arrêtez de vous renvoyez la balle car ils ont la tête sous l'eau et plutôt que de les aider vous les enfoncez encore plus... !!!
Ceci est mon dernier espoir afin de revoir le sourire sur les lèvres de mes proches car déjà que la maladie n'est pas facile tout les jours alors quand tout autour de vous s'effondre cela devient invivable !!!

The establishment or he(it) worked for 5 years, he meanwhile suggested going(taking) up a file(case) so that he is has HAVE him(it) (Incapacity in Swiss) it was thus an affair(business) has to follow.
We are in November, 6 months passed and in spite of the end of the sessions of restoring prescribed by his regular doctor my dad always had his pains in level of coast(ribs) and back. He(it) eventually started again(eventually resumed,eventually took back) all the same his(its) job(work) but has this moment there his(its) work in spite of a CDI(PERMANENT CONTRACT,LEARNING RESOURCES CENTER) to dismiss her(it) for prolonged motive for absence. In June/July a day of beautiful summer, my dad has feel faint in the lounge continuation has what it was to take to emergencies to make more control because the emergency medical service suspected an AVC. Continuation has it after examination the finding ENT nothing he prescribed him a thoracic scanner. Taken meeting and there ... the ENT asks him then to return and explains to him that its scanner has to reveal that it had some water in lungs. His doctor who she had also received the results asks has to see him to explain him the situation. She has him to make an appointment with a doctor oncologist with the HUG of Geneva. At once the questions begin has to make surface, WHY AN ONCOLOGIST?
Having to meet the oncologist, he(it) gives him(her) another meeting(appointment) to realize a draining which will give results(profits) that we waited for not my dad are reached(affected) by a cancer not small cells(units) metastatic. THE SKY IS US TO FALL ON THE HEAD.
Everything was linked, my dad was able to begin has be looked in ambulatory, thus what wants to say(means) possibility of returning and of going has every session of chemo.
On the other hand to quote(esteem) administration everything has to tip over my dad has some sent back(dismissed) has pole-employment a sick leave concerning its disease. Continuation(suite) has his(her,its) pole-employment has to cross(spend) the relay has the safety(security) social. The safety(security) social sent back(dismissed) a mail has my mom explaining him(her) that my dad would have the right has nothing as long as he would be looked after in Switzerland(Swiss),of the blow she has make a request all right preliminary so that he can continue the specific treatment which he already had to begin in Switzerland. My mom sent the form S2 to the regular doctor whom it had in France and which answered to him clearly that he shall fill no paper because it had been 1 the years since he had more seen again him.
Continuation has it 4 months passed, the file was under process and my mom received in the month of Mars 2019 a mail stipulating to him that my father would not have the right has no compensation from them because he worked in Switzerland and it is not has they to indemnify him, and that if he had the misfortune to make the file fall over in France the Social Security threatened has me mom to make every effort so that my parents pay off all the treatments already get by the Swiss because be saying my parents are outlawed .... (OUTLAWED AT WHICH MOMENT? MY PARENTS PAID THEM INSURANCES EVERY MONTH AND HAD THE RIGHT DETRE to LOOK AFTER BOTH TO QUOTE SOME BORDER AT THIS MOMENT).
Even not having the right has a transport to go has his sessions which were before 4 chemo by weeks, which means 2X trip during 4 days, and it every 3 weeks. And now he is there has 1 sessions a week continual.
My parents have to manage as they can so that somebody (Myself, or my brother still living with them) can take my dad such or such day. He has even of to go by him there even at the risk of falling asleep in the steering wheel and of putting even more his life in danger while the doctor has it to him formally forbidden to move only.
My mom contacted the assistance(audience) social of the hospital of the HUG so that it makes a file(case) has HAVE him(it) which is at present under process, it can set until 6 months.
We are in April and meanwhile the previous life of my parents(relatives) it the credit of their car taken 3 years previously continue to move forward the rent of their house, invoices, the health insurance, expenses for my brothers and sister, meals in brief quite continuous except that a detail has to change my mom is has present alone has to affect(touch) a salary because my dad does not have the right to him(her) any more has nothing!!!
At the request of the social worker the league of the cancer has them to help financially of what they could. My parents(relatives) were sent towards the social worker cross-border who too do his/her best to help them in their approach(initiative), and has them to advise(recommend) to make a file(case) of over-indebtedness which has been to send 1 week ago. Invoices accumulate, the bailiffs begin has to come one by one to demand them the due sums. They have unfortunately a delay on all! The late rent (fear of having a decision of eviction), the gas ( open invoice) thus they do not have a heating anymore and hot water anymore since December.
Then recently as regards the car, my mom tried has several occasions since December to take arrangements for the credit of the car (reduce drafts(milking) a month to be able to continue has to pay them) but they ever wanted nothing to know.
Continuation(Suite) has it a bailiff was sent to them and this No one very kind said anything astounding to them!
I quote: Your car credit taken 3 years ago, you should not have taken so expensive!
My mom’s answer: But who was going to tell me that my husband was going to get sick?!?
Then this person replied by blackmailing by saying: pay the sum of 3,000 euros right away and manage to find 20,000 euros for next week or else I have the vehicle seized and auctioned it on April 12. This one and the same vehicle that my dad travels with every week to be able to follow his chemo treatment and who if we take him away he won’t be able to go there. AND ALL THIS MALGRER LENVOIE OF THE DEBT DEFICIENCY FILE!!!
And to finalize the thing my parents have a little boy who is 7 years old now and who was born disabled with beautiful feet. My parents can’t even get her the orthopaedic care she would need, unfortunately, with no financial means.
Many of their entourage have helped them as they could but it is no longer enough... so I ask you I beg you for my APA, my MOMMY, my two BROTHERS and my SISTER Please speed up the administrative treatments, and stop sending the ball back because they have their head underwater and rather than helping them you push them even harder... !!
This is my last hope to see the smile on the lips of my loved ones because already the illness is not easy all the days then when everything around you collapses it becomes unlivable!!!

Et pour finaliser la chose mes parents ont un petit garçon qui a 7 ans maintenant et qui est né handicapé avec les pieds beaux. Mes parents ne peuvent même pas lui faire procurer les soins orthopédiques qu'il lui serait nécessaire pas manque malheureusement de moyens financier.
Beaucoup de leur entourage les ont aider comme ils pouvaient mais sa ne suffit plus... alors je vous demande je vous en supplie pour mon PAPA, ma MAMAN, mes deux FRÈRES et ma SŒUR SVP accélérer les traitements administratifs, et arrêtez de vous renvoyez la balle car ils ont la tête sous l'eau et plutôt que de les aider vous les enfoncez encore plus... !!!
Ceci est mon dernier espoir afin de revoir le sourire sur les lèvres de mes proches car déjà que la maladie n'est pas facile tout les jours alors quand tout autour de vous s'effondre cela devient invivable !!!

We are in November, 6 months passed and in spite of the end of the sessions of restoring prescribed by his regular doctor my dad always had his pains in level of coast(ribs) and back. Taken meeting and there ... the ENT asks him then to return and explains to him that its scanner has to reveal that it had some water in lungs. His doctor who she had also received the results asks has to see him to explain him the situation. She has him to make an appointment with a doctor oncologist with the HUG of Geneva. At once the questions begin has to make surface, WHY AN ONCOLOGIST?
Having to meet the oncologist, he(it) gives him(her) another meeting(appointment) to realize a draining which will give results(profits) that we waited for not my dad are reached(affected) by a cancer not small cells(units) metastatic. THE SKY IS US TO FALL ON THE HEAD.
Everything was linked, my dad was able to begin has be looked in ambulatory, thus what wants to say(means) possibility of returning and of going has every session of chemo.
On the other hand to quote(esteem) administration everything has to tip over my dad has some sent back(dismissed) has pole-employment a sick leave concerning its disease. Continuation has it 4 months passed, the file was under process and my mom received in the month of Mars 2019 a mail stipulating to him that my father would not have the right has no compensation from them because he worked in Switzerland and it is not has they to indemnify him, and that if he had the misfortune to make the file fall over in France the Social Security threatened has me mom to make every effort so that my parents pay off all the treatments already get by the Swiss because be saying my parents are outlawed .... (OUTLAWED AT WHICH MOMENT? MY PARENTS PAID THEM INSURANCES EVERY MONTH AND HAD THE RIGHT DETRE to LOOK AFTER BOTH TO QUOTE SOME BORDER AT THIS MOMENT).
Even not having the right has a transport to go has his sessions which were before 4 chemo by weeks, which means 2X trip during 4 days, and it every 3 weeks. And now he is there has 1 sessions a week continual.
My parents have to manage as they can so that somebody (Myself, or my brother still living with them) can take my dad such or such day. He has even of to go by him there even at the risk of falling asleep in the steering wheel and of putting even more his life in danger while the doctor has it to him formally forbidden to move only.
My mom contacted the assistance(audience) social of the hospital of the HUG so that it makes a file(case) has HAVE him(it) which is at present under process, it can set until 6 months.
We are in April and meanwhile the previous life of my parents(relatives) it the credit of their car taken 3 years previously continue to move forward the rent of their house, invoices, the health insurance, expenses for my brothers and sister, meals in brief quite continuous except that a detail has to change my mom is has present alone has to affect(touch) a salary because my dad does not have the right to him(her) any more has nothing!!!
At the request of the social worker the league of the cancer has them to help financially of what they could. My parents(relatives) were sent towards the social worker cross-border who too do his/her best to help them in their approach(initiative), and has them to advise(recommend) to make a file(case) of over-indebtedness which has been to send 1 week ago. Invoices accumulate, the bailiffs begin has to come one by one to demand them the due sums. They have unfortunately a delay on all! The late rent (fear of having a decision of eviction), the gas ( open invoice) thus they do not have a heating anymore and hot water anymore since December.
Then recently as regards the car, my mom tried has several occasions since December to take arrangements for the credit of the car (reduce drafts(milking) a month to be able to continue has to pay them) but they ever wanted nothing to know.

And to finalize the thing my parents have a little boy who is 7 years old now and who was born disabled with beautiful feet. My parents can’t even get her the orthopaedic care she would need, unfortunately, with no financial means.
Many of their entourage have helped them as they could but it is no longer enough... so I ask you I beg you for my APA, my MOMMY, my two BROTHERS and my SISTER Please speed up the administrative treatments, and stop sending the ball back because they have their head underwater and rather than helping them you push them even harder... !!
This is my last hope to see the smile on the lips of my loved ones because already the illness is not easy all the days then when everything around you collapses it becomes unlivable!!!
