The Good Samaritan

Frank Williams, a cook at The Blue Crab Restaurant & Oyster Bar, was the Good Samaritan that passed away, after diving into Lake Ponchartrain after a car went into the water Tuesday. Family and friends say Frank jumped in after them with other witnesses and they managed to get the two men out — but Frank did not make it out of the water. Williams had a wife, a son and three grand kids. If you want to donate toys or money to his grieving family, donate via this GoFundMe page.
