On Saturday, May 20th, 2017 at PROJECT CYPHER 4, Several Local hip hop artists as well as celebrities, Kendra Kouture, Mr. 1204, Steve "Kingpin" Segovia, and Corey "RocBottom" Davis come together to raise money and awareness for one year old, Sebastian Boice, of Battle Creek Michigan.
All proceeds from the event are donated to the family we support (ticket sales, merchandise, charity giveaway)
One year old, Sebastian Boice, son of Aixa Esquilin and Steve Boice, suffers from Dandy Walker and Hydrocephalus. Hydrocephelus, most commonly caused by Dandy Walker, results in abnormal widening of spaces in the brain called ventricles. This widening creates potentially harmful pressure on the tissues of the brain as well as cranium malformations.
Our goal at PROJECT CYPHER every year is to unite as a hip hop community and to tell the story of the members of our community, while shedding the negative conotations that follow the hip hop genre. We support our community as much as the community support us, the artists.
We understand not everyone will be able to attend the event, last year we had over 300 in attendance and had to turn people away at the door. But we appreciate your support of our movement to unify hip hop and the community, so for those that would like to donate but cannot attend, this page is for your to support Sebastian Boice.
