This week we had yet another instance of hate-fueled graffiti, including the defacing of "Hate Has No Home Here" and "Black Lives Matter" signs. Well, you know what we say to that?
For every sign you deface, we will put up a thousand more.
Lincoln Square Neighbors, in partnership with Indivisible Lincoln Square, have ordered 3000 11x17 window signs and 200 yard signs to distribute throughout the Lincoln Square neighborhood. We will drown out the message of hate with messages of hope.
This Go Fund Me will cover the cost of the printing. Any money raised beyond the costs incurred will go directly to ordering more signs.
Every donation helps us demonstrate that we will not stand for message of hate. We will fight back against each and every instance of hate in our neighborhood with an overwhelming display of love and tolerance.
