In 2016, a few neighbors in Sarasota wanted to bring a grassroots music festival to the Arlington Park Neighborhood. PorchfesT Club was formed. We weren't sure what was going to happen. But on Sunday October 9, 2016 we created a magical day for community, good will and great music. Hundreds turned out to see what was going on and stayed because it was so amazing!
PorchfesT is:
A local grassroots music festival where front porches become stages, yards become venues, and neighborly generosity and good will rule the day!
Because we are the Culture Coast and value our artists, this year we'd like to be able to compensate our performers. We know how hard it is to make a living through art.
While this is a completely 100% free event we need to be able to cover the costs of printing our flyers, posters, T-shirts (for sale the day of the event) and most importantly PAY OUR PERFORMERS. Please help us.
Please consider donating any amount - as little as $5 to $10 dollars would make a world of difference.
