KINDLY SHELTER MARK NEELY

Dear Good people! I am Mark Neely. Right from my youthful age, I had always been a determined and hardworking individual. I had always dreamt of becoming generous and indeed a motivator for others.

However, as I grew up, I became aware that certain life challenges and uncertainties could thwart people’s dreams and set them back entirely. I was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy since birth, but I refused to give up my will and determination. Cerebral Palsy is a condition associated with impaired muscle coordination and caused by damage to the brain before birth. I am making this explanation to enable you to understand the condition I have lived with all my life while working hard to make both ends meet. This condition affects my lower back and legs. It also affects even my simple movements like standing, breathing, eating and talking.

Unfortunately, I have been laid off from my job as a People Greeter at Wal-mart since 12/23/2016. Since then, life has not been easy. After this incident, I moved to Cheyenne, Wyoming. Recently, I contacted Social Security on the issue of filing for disability. Successfully, I was awarded with disability, which will start in the third week of July 2017.

However, I have come to the most difficult moment of my life that I feel devastated and have refused to accept my predicament. I still want to move on with life, but I am homeless. There is no one to turn to and my last employment is not pensionable. I have never expected to be in this kind of dilemma, but this is to me inescapable. I have been in tears, wishing my health had not deteriorated. I humbly tender this campaign to plead with all well-meaning people across the globe to come to my aid. I hope to move back to Utah to find shelter myself. 

I truly appreciate your generosity in advance and believe that this will enable me to find shelter in order to make life easy for me. It will enable me in my present health condition to be at peace with life and continue to hope for better things ahead. I humbly solicit for this fund because this will go a long way to saving my life. Thanks in anticipation for your kindness.
