NO LUNCH MONEY

We are just two Dads Raul Ramirez and myself Omar Lopez who were inspired by the issue that goes unnoticed in todays society. A recent news story, opened our eyes where kids in every public school across our great country, are skipping lunch because they don't fit the requirements to receive a free meal and/or they come from a low income family that can not afford to put money in their childs lunch account. Some are then given a sack lunch instead of a hot meal everyone else would receive. Even though we know we can't help every kid that is in need, we hope our small attempt will shine a light on this matter or atleast open up a dialogue on this issue, that doesn't get the coverage it deserves. We chose the Alhambra Elementary School district where I Omar López attended out of a handfull of districts in the Phoenix region. I grew up in the community and I know they could use the help. I (Omar Lopez) will deposit the donations to my account and will take a check to the Alhambra school district office personally and give it to the administration staff. From there, the Alhambra school district will deposit and manage the donations in an account dedicated to gifts and donation funds. The Alhambra district and schools staff will make sure these funds are used by students that do not qualify for a free lunch meal, at the register when they don't have enough/any money to pay for the lunch. We will have access to these transactions in a form of a report upon request. We will add a link to the facebook accounts below, where this transaction will take place mid August between 8/15/2017-5/18/2017 via Facebook live. We will keep the campaign running throughout the school year and will repeat the actions stated above on a monthly basis.

With your help, by donating what you can or at least by helping spread the word, we can make sure no kid misses a hot meal in the Alhambra Elementary School district this 2017-2018 school year!
