My name is Sergio Rodriguez and I am the proud father-in-law of Sergeant Noel Ramirez. We are deeply saddened by the loss of our son-in-law and the father of our two beautiful grandchildren.

His integrity in the line of duty set an example for so many throughout his service. More importantly, he was a loving husband and a wonderful role model for his children.
