If you are reading this page, then more than likely it is because of a video that involves an intoxicated man harrassing an innocent family on the beach in TX. I am embarassed to say I knew him personally to an extent.
Firstly, let me extend my heart felt apology to the family that had to endure such a horrible act of hatred and racism. I commend every single one of you for reacting so calmly and having as much patience as you did.
**ALL money raised will be going into a fund for my nieces future**
This video is getting a lot of static and yes, he did hit on a lot of hot topics in the video and in the current world we live in... However, this mans "views" DO NOT whatsoever represent America or Americans political and religious views.
Back in 2012, he manipulated my 19 y.o. sister into thinking he was someone who he most definitely was not. He deceived her and lied constantly. She got pregnant a few months later, and then began a relenting nine months of emotional and verbal abuse towards her. By the time my sister gave birth she was unable to deal with it anymore and after a series of events, for the safety of her newborn separated from him but even then still did what she could to have him involved. My sister has been such an inspiration to me after watching her fight her way through court to ensure her daughters well being. She endured relentless harrassment from him and threats of voilence toward herself as well as her daughter. She was able to gain full custody of her daughter but has not been able to get financial support from him as he relocated out of state shortly thereafter and at some point ended up in Texas. She has been trying to locate him for 4 years to hold him accountable for the money he owes that beautiful little girl. Over $25K+
Although everything about that video was deplorable, I want to try to find a positive out of it. I see this as an opportunity to have a better story told through all of this. I want to honor my sister for Mothers Day for who she is and the inspiration she is. For my beautiful niece on her 5th birthday this week and hopefully raise some money for them, cause she'll probably never get it.
If a video like that can garner this much attention, I hope that something good can come from all of this, at least for my nieces sake.
