MissingPeople.Ca was created for the purpose of sharing information regarding confirmed missing person(s) cases within Canada. The individual must first be reported missing by a Canadian law enforcement agency before information will be posted on this site. Families are request to create their own “Missing” page dedicated to their loved one and can forward a link to Missing People Canada.
Brian West, a retired Canadian Search and Rescue Technician from of New Westminster BC, created “Missing People of Canada” in 2011 to provide a voice for loved ones of confirmed missing person(s) cases within Canada on Facebook here: https://www.facebook.com/MissingPeopleCanada
The hope is that through sharing information through social media, a missing loved one can be found and reunited with their family. The missing individual or child must first be reported missing by a Canadian law enforcement agency before information will be posted on this site.
“Missing People of Canada” also allows families are request to create their own “Missing” page dedicated to their loved one and can forward a link to Missing People of Canada.
“Missing People of Canada” also re-posts AMBER ALERTS and CrimeStoppers news along with news updates when people are found.
Donations made will be used to continue to provide updates, pay our server costs and help expand our services even further to help bring more Missing Canadians home!
