Self-paid legal actions against TSA

I was forcefully hit between my legs (yes, in the genitals)  with excessive, unnecessary force by a TSA screener, Michael Gerard Polson, on March 10th, 2016, at Dulles airport, despite me  standing cooperatively

There's even another video here of the TSA screener asking me, unnecessarily, to spread my legs so he could have a cleaner "shot" when he hit me.  I got a court order to force Polson to testify under oath at a deposition, and he "could not remember" why he made me spread my legs wider than the carpet footprints!  He had no reason.

I asked Polson to simply apologize (I even asked three times!), but instead he and his manager William Whetsell laughed and said that hitting me was intentional, and that they couldn't be prosecuted!  (Same for the TSA FSD, Scott Johnson, who also laughed and refused to help de-escalate the situation.)  I called for the police, and when they wouldn't do anything either, I ARRESTED Michael Gerard Polson for felony sexual battery.

I've take the case to federal court in Virginia, and have won most of my case, which means that I've won many rights for YOU, to be able to sue TSA screeners ... and WIN if they use excessive force during pat-downs! I've caught the TSA and Michael Polson admitting to failing to preserve (effectively DESTROYING) required video and other evidence, and commiting PERJURY (lying under oath) by Polson, and TSA supervisor Whetsell.  Polson, Whetsell, and the TSA have also refused to obey two federal court orders, resulting in civil and *criminal* contempt of court by them -- I'm being very, very successful!  Despite Polson and TSA claiming that they "have a right to hit passengers" and "they don't know that they should not hit passengers' genitals" (YES, they really claim this so they can then claim 'qualified immunity'), I've forced them to admit many wrongdoings that support YOUR Constitutional rights, and your remediable causes of action if you need to take a TSA screener to court!

But we're now at a critical phase where I'm having to appeal rulings that contradict established legal precedent.  I'm my own lawyer, but this is expensive!  If you can help and want to have your 4th Amendment rights protected against excessive force pat-downs by TSA screeners, please consider donating today.  This is for you, me, and all the traveling public, to have respect from TSA when they're doing their required jobs.  There's no excuse for excessive force during searches on cooperative passengers, and I need you to help me ... to help you and all of us!
