Hi Guys!! This year I'm partnering with the Special Olympics in their goal to send some really deserving athletes to the 2017 Winter Games in AUSTRIA!! Can you believe it takes $2,500 to fund one athlete’s trip to the games? Well, it does. This price includes training, outfitting, airfare, accommodations, food and transportation, and some special needs athletes can’t afford it. The Special Olympics does its best every single year to assist with funding to make sure the athletes can participate!
That’s where you all come in! Your donation to my campaign will go to the Special Olympics for their mission to keep the games funded! Wouldn't you love to see an athlete like Artem here go for the gold?
Artem had a lot to overcome early in life, and sports and teamwork are what helped him grow into the amazing person he is today. He's worked hard for this opportunity and has told everyone that competing in the Winter Games for snowshoeing, one of the many sports he practices, will be the proudest moment of his life!
If every Merebear donates just $5, the Special Olympics can keep creating a place for deserving athletes like Artem to the World Games each year. Because of the Special Olympics, they can make their dreams come true as they represent their countries on the stage of the largest sporting and humanitarian event in the world!
