Golden Strip Splash Pad (LGS 2018 Project)

The Leadership Golden Strip 2018 class is raising funds to install a public splash pad on Main St. in Fountain Inn for their community project, which will be accessible for the entire Golden Strip community!  The project requires $90,000 of funding.  We are looking to break ground by March 1.  If you'd like to see this happen by Memorial Day (May 27), 2019, please DONATE TODAY.



Conveniently located in downtown Fountain Inn, a splash pad looks to build on the city's welcoming family atmosphere.  Local businesses will certainly appreciate the additional foot traffic as well as new businesses looking to come to the area as Main St. continues to fill out.  With the new school opening, there's sure to be more children looking to beat the heat of the Upstate summer.  Now families should be able to make the downtown area the one stop shop for running errands, getting lunch, ice cream, and keeping the kids happy.
