We believe the planet needs more people willing to be the change they wish to see in the world. We are (crazy cousins) Jay Ackerland and Jeremy Dietrich. We are using our own tools, money and resources to start a moevment. We hope you help us along the way.
So here is the plan!
Let's gift safe reliable vehicles to those who need them the most. We placed an ad on Craigslist locally for 2 hours. The response was so tremendous we feel like this has to be done! The support from strangers thanking us and blessing us has been amazing! Everyone wants to know how will you do this? Who will pay for it? Well here's how...
We have the ability to find, purchase and recondition vehicles to safe working order very efficiently.
On average, we can purchase and recondition a vehicle for $500. Our goal is to give all of our passion and talent to bring blessings to those who need them. Our first goal is to gift 100 vehicles to strangers in dire need. We will purchase and recondition Cars, Trucks, Vans, SUV'S and motorhomes and gift them to strangers. All donations will be used to purchase vehicles, parts, towing and other fees that we incur.
The entire process will be filmed on our phones from finding to fixing to gifting. Anyone can nominate anyone to receive a vehicle even if you can't donate to the cause. To start, the gifted vehicles will be given in the Seattle area because of proximity to us. The need is overwhelming and the stories are often heartbreaking. We are up for the challenge!! Thank you for helping the cause. We are located in Gig Harbor, Wa but we hope to spread the Gifts to as many places as possible.
