Thank you everyone for reading this in general. Some of you might have heard of what my daughter has been going through since Saturday morning.
Her mother was arrested and granted only supervised rights for visitation until her court appearance for leaving her locked in her vehicle which had open alcohol containers and some sort of pills. She was found by a stranger who happened to be passing by in a wooded area. The police had to break into the vehicle and then go find her mother around 5:30 am Saturday morning. Not 100 percent on the remaining details besides she ended up having to go to the hospital to ensure she did not ingest any of the items found in the vehicle.
Her mother in an attempt to make sure she went to her family vs mine told the social worker that she had primary placement which is not accurate. The social worker took her word for it without checking the documents and no one notified me of the situation until after the decision was in place of her to go to her mothers family.
Im attempting to gain full legal custody and placement of my daughter. She’s my beautiful little girl who deserves to have a safe and happy life and NEVER have to worry about someone leaving her to fend for herself. If you know how I am with her you would know that I’m the one person in life she can always count on and I won’t fail her again by leaving her in that predicament ever again. People can change in the future but as of right now I’m the one she needs for that support.
