Help KMH get a facelift!

Keller Market House is almost ready to open!!!

We are a fresh market that supports our local farmers and producers here in Fairfield County, the surrounding region, and Ohio. Our building on the corner of South Columbus and Chestnut Street has been the home to several other local businesses before us including Keller Grocery Store from 1867-1904. We wanted to pay tribute to these owners by incorporating the Keller name into our fresh market.



Downtown Lancaster has been steadily growing but was really missing a local grocery connection. Our fresh market will give you convenient access to wonderful fresh and local food including vegetables, fruit, meat, eggs, cheese, honey, baked goods, herbs and spices, grains, pasta, flowers and so much more! These items will be from local vendors giving them an opportunity to sell their products year round!

We have been very fortunate to have obtained several grants that have been used for purchasing refrigeration equipment, walk in coolers and all sorts of merchandise displays. We have also had several items and projects donated from local businesses and individuals including a new electrical service by Claypool Electric and a wonderful new checkout counter by Pierce Construction.

So what does Keller Market House need right now? A facelift! We are really looking for help to get a fresh look for the building. This could go to new awnings, paint, maybe some café tables outside for you to relax while enjoying some fresh food! As Downtown Lancaster continues to expand past Main Street we want to give you a welcoming exterior as well as making it a nod to the previous Keller Grocery Store.

We will work as we quickly as we can when we receive the donations to give Keller Market House the facelift it deserves! Be sure to stop in throughout the summer to see all of the wonderful updates!

At Keller Market House we are focused on honoring the history in Lancaster and Fairfield County by updating this building that previously sat empty for several years. We want you to be part of its new history by not only supporting local farmers and producers but by making this building a beautiful addition to Downtown Lancaster.
