Josh's Final Journey

Hi my name is Anita and I've created this page to raise funds for my brave 17 year old cousin Josh who is tragically losing his fight to brain cancer.

Recently Josh moved into palliative care where he is receiving 24 hour medical care to manage his pain, with his Mother Donna, his Step-Dad Heath, and his brothers Daniel and Caidyn also living there with him.

Josh has touched the hearts of hundreds of people from all around the world, so much so that he received messages from his favorite hero celebrities! 
Josh himself is a hero - he has fought cancer and so many other conditions most of his life. Not a single day of his life has ever been easy, but despite his health battles his spirit shined bright.

Sadly now that Josh has moved into end of life care I am trying to raise some money to enable my family to provide Josh the funeral and celebration he deserves. 
All money raised from donations to this page will go directly to my family, however I will manage this page & communication to allow my Aunt & cousins to stay focused on Josh. I visit them daily & will show them progress/messages on this campaign. 

Donations will be used for;
- costs attached to being able to have a funeral, including the service
- somewhere to hire for after the service so we can celebrate his life
- covering some form of food at the service (afternoon tea)

My Aunt has been Josh's full time carer for many years now, and her husband took leave without pay from his job to be able to help her with the role of maintaining Josh's welfare and care.
