Hi! Our names are Jennifer and Jacob Kendrick and we own and operate J.N.J Home Works - a interior and exterior cleaning company that services all of Northern Nevada.
We recently became the first and only partner in the entire state of Nevada with a wonderful non-profit called Cleaning For A Reason which offers women going through cancer treatment free home cleanings. We are very passionate about this non-profit and the several patients that we have helped clean their homes both interior and exterior for free. We provide 4 cleanings- once per month for 4 months and we also are the only company within Cleaning For A Reason network that also will do exterior projects for free for these families. However, we've reached a hard spot that is likely going to end our partnership with this great non-profit, Cleaning For A Reason due to financial issues.
Since we solely provide all of the labor, materials, fuel and equipment for these wonderful women free of charge, we have reached a very financially difficult place that is truly effecting us being able to continue helping these families in need. Along with our services that we provide for free, we're also required to make a monthly donation to the charity in order to continue being partners with Cleaning For A Reason.
We love this charity. We love helping fellow women and their families with daunting tasks such as cleaning their homes, cleaning the exterior of their homes, removing junk and debris, etc. However, financially we have ran out of funds to continue to provide the required materials, equipment and labor that is needed to help these families. The photos below are only a fraction of the projects that we've successfully completed for these families along with a media release on KTVN Channel 2 , a newspaper articles written about our partnership in the Nevada Appeal and Carson Now , as well as a press release directly from Cleaning For A Reason to prove authenticity.
We would be so grateful for anyone whom is willing and interested in helping us continue to serve these families. The funds will be used for cleaning supplies, equipment needed for their cleaning projects, fuel to get to the homes that usually are 1.5 hours one-way for us to commute, and most importantly it will help make these wonderful women smile and have one less thing to worry about.
