Investigate Tulsi Gabbard

When Tulsi Gabbard announced her 2020 presidential ambitions in January 2019, many were quick to dismiss her candidacy, writing her of as a long shot who would be quick to drop out of the race for the Democratic presidential nomination. But Gabbard's chances of winning are not the problem. The problem is what she will do to the Democratic primary process and how much she will damage the eventual nominee along the way.
As it stands, Gabbard is still slipping largely under the radar in the United States. When she has received critical coverage by the media, she and her supporters have written it off as the result of a "Russian baiting propaganda" campaign launched by the mainstream media. But it's not propaganda - it's the truth: Gabbard's candidacy is being propped up by Kremlin-linked social media accounts. Upon discovering this, Gabbard lashed out at the press instead of disavowing the support she's receiving from Russia.
This is unacceptable. If Gabbard continues her divisive campaign without proper scrutiny, she will be responsible for Donald Trump's re-election in 2020. We aren't going to stand for that.
We are proposing an investigative research project focusing on the many unanswered questions surrounding Gabbard, including her ties to the Science of Identity cult in Hawaii; her pro-Assad, pro-Kremlin policy positions; her social media army and amplification by Russian influence networks; and her sources of funding throughout her career as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, as well as new sources of funding that have arisen since she announced her presidential ambitions. We will use a variety of sources to investigate these issues, including open source intelligence, online records, interviews, and social media analytics.
Every dollar you donate will go towards the investigation and its findings, which will published in full. Your contribution will help fund the tools to investigate Gabbard, including social media monitoring software and applications (and associated tech support), travel costs, records fees, and compensation for independent research, writing, and data analysis. In addition to a final report, we will produce regular updates on our work and frequent reports on the status of each component of the investigation.
We've already watched the Kremlin prop up a chaos candidacy and turn it into a presidency. Let's not allow that to happen again in 2020.
