In Memory of Tim Joyce

Tim "Timbo" Joyce left this world on Saturday 16th June. He was just 42 years old.
Tragically, he left behind his beautiful wife Cassie, and three gorgeous children Molly (8), Gracie (6) and Max (4).
As close friends of Cassie, we've created this campaign to raise $70,000 to help the family get through the next phase of their lives without Tim. These funds will help to ease the financial burden and allow their life to continue as "normal" as it possibly can... enabling them to pay the household bills, the mortgage, put food on the table and cover other day-to-day living expenses.
Tim bravely fought his cancer battle for 4 years and he never gave up and never complained, not once.
Just 2 days before he passed away, Tim was rushed to the intensive care unit at North Shore Hospital. The tumours on his lungs, combined with pneumonia, made it impossible for him to breathe.
He said to Cassie in hospital the night before he passed that "he wasn't going anywhere". He was determined to be there for the family as long as he could.
We went to visit Tim the night before he died, and I will never forget the moment when I held his hand, he could barely breathe through the oxygen mask, let alone talk, but the last thing he said to us was "please look after Cassie".
And we promised we would.
Tim was a very proud man and a very hard worker. Even the nurses at the hospital couldn't believe that he was working right up to his final week. Those that knew him understood the personal pride he had in providing the best possible life for his family, and the unconditional love he had for Cassie and the kids.
Every donation, no matter how big or small, helps. All money raised will go directly to Cassie and the family to ease their burden during this difficult time.
