Hello everyone!
Meet our founder Mary Rose Gullet and Honey, the ones that started it all!
First, a little about how we stumbled on this amazing gift we are so privileged to be able to share with everyone….
As many of the best things that happen in life do, an opportunity presented itself we didn’t see coming; it was pure fate. Originally, we got Honey as a FFA project for our children; and it didn’t take long to notice what an amazing horse she was. Being somewhat familiar with equine therapy horses, we knew she would be a great fit! Fast-forward a few months and we are a qualified team, able to visit nursing homes, schools, veterans facilities, children's hospitals and so much more! It is incredible seeing the joy, happiness and love that everyone experiences.
We found ourselves so busy serving an important need in our community and had been hoping to find the missing pieces of the puzzle that would allow us to grow! Belle galloped into our hearts by joining our organization. She is a beautiful and gentle soul who enjoys her therapy trips and loves everyone she meets.
Needing more two-legged help, fate once again brought us what we needed. Patty Schramm and Lisa Slaughter joined our organization as volunteer handlers and Board Members. These ladies were put on this earth to do this!! Their love and passion for this work is incredible. We feel super blessed that they're going to help us reach more people in the community that we serve.
We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) called Honey's Mini Therapy Adventures, and we believe that with a bit of help we can continue to do some incredible things.

****We are FULLY INSURED and all donations go to Honey’s nonprofit 501(c)(3) start-up fees & will go to all things needed for us to go on our visits. Insurance, safe shoes/wraps for her to walk on the floors. A horse diaper. A safety vest. Insurance, qualification, non-profit fees. Vet fees due to travel. Travel fees. Care for Honey. Other costs associated with therapy visits.
