JUSTICE FOR EMMA

My fiance and I need help. Her baby girl, Emma Rose was touched by her "pawpaw" and it wasn't nice either. At 3 years of age, she came back from her fathers house for 9 days. 4 of those days she was sent by her father to her "pawpaws" house. And yes. Shes potty trained. So there is no need to touch down there. Her mommy laid her down for a nap and she reached over and grabbed her mommies hand and put it over her private and started rubbing it in a circular motion. Mommy yanked her hand back. Emma grabbed mommies hand and tried again. Mommy pops her hand says "no Emma, bad" and came outside and told me what happened. We both go back inside and the little girl had removed her pants, pee'd on the bed, and deficated on the floor and had smeared it all over the room and was sitting on the bed. Staring at us with no emotion. Just a sullen look. Obviously we called the police. Lol. Thats a joke. They came. Asked what happened, and then said its been longer than 72 hours since she came back from her fathers house, take her to a clinic. So we did. Following orders. One clinic doesn't take Medicaid. One said " yes. Bring her here, then we get there. And they say they dont have the equipment and personnel to do the rape kit. So we went to children family services on florida avenue. They said they don't help kids like that. Lmao. And gave us a hotline number to call. Lmfao. I did. They send CPS out to the mothers house and investigate her!!! Not the dad who just caught a possession of cocain and driving on a suspended license due to not paying any child support for Emma. Or his stepdad. Then the dad. Kyle swears he'll scour the earth to find this man. And says he'll take her and help. He takes her and files a emergency custody motion and says hes afraid the mother will allow it to keep happening to the girl and that the girl told him everything. He went to another county to do that. That way they didnt know we called and reported it 3 weeks earlier. They hold a hearing Ex-parte and say because the mother didn't show to the hearing, that they never notified her of, Kyle can have the girl and the mother has 3 hours of 3rd party supervised visit a week. Since then nothing has been done for Emma. We have filed contempt motions. He has his stepdaddy the "pawpaw" paying for all his lawyers, for everything. And gave him a bran new vehicle. All just recently. I have absolutely all the proof. Everything. Even the text messages. Mommy hasn't seen Emma in 5 months. The last time She seen her daughter at a park she had a subconjective hemorrhage mass in her eye and a smashed lip. We have the pictures and video of it. He said she woke up with pink eye. Theres no way in hell its pink eye. Something happened to that little girl. We have his text where he says its pink eye. Its not. Since that day mommy has not seen or heard from Emma. He wont "allow" it. No matter the court order. We've called cops many many times. They will do nothing. Even with the order. We need help. Please i beg you all. I dont care about what i have to do. This is for Emma. Please I beg with all my heart and soul. I need help please i beg...
