Jimmy G needs our help
We're on a quest! It's top priority! And we need your help!
On July 13th Jimmy G from the legendary NYHC band, Murphy's Law, had to check into Mt. Sinai Hospital of Queens which sadly lead from one surgery to another, even resulting in him loosing his gallbladder.
He's dealing with a lot of pain and will need reconstructive surgery in the weeks to come.
Needless to say he is unable to work and does not have health insurance so it's time for all of us to step it up and raise a couple of bucks for our friend and the greatest frontman in hardcore.
No amount is too small so let's unite as the big-hearted scene Jimmy has dedicated his entire life to.
Please spread the word and show him as much love as you can because you know you'll get it back tenfold in fun, laughter and Jäger at the next Murphy's Law show.
Let's help Jimmy out!!
Here is an update on my medical status: right now I'm in limbo with a Foley catheter and my urethra completely blocked. There's a procedure scheduled on September 10th where they will stick a scope in me, so they can see what the damage is inside of me, and figure out what surgical procedure I’ll need.
I want to apologize to the Goddamn Gallows, our agent Kat at bucket City and all of the promotors. The last thing I wanted was to to cancel a tour due to my health issues, but it was completely unavoidable.
I also would like to thank everyone for throwing down to help out with my bills via the GoFundMe, the benefit in Astoria, John at Dead City Merch, my brothers and Black N Blue. I'm really humbled by the outpouring of love and help I received and I'll keep you guys posted as much as possible on how things are going.
I love you all! Thank you!!!
Anyway, keep on checking his Facebook page for updates and there are not enough words to thank each and everyone of you.
Thank so you!!!
Jimmy wishes he was able to thank each and everyone of you personally but he got transferred on Monday for yet another procedure. Either way, to put it in his own words, the over-the-top generosity is mind-blowing, and you can count on personal words of love once he's back online during his next "Hospital Report".
We just told him that we're going to increase the goal again (will now for go $50K) and that we'll keep on doing so for as long as his friends, fans, brothers and sisters, stay with us on this amazing ride.
Thank you so much and in the meantime keep on following him on his Facebook page at www.facebook.com/james.drescher.9
Jimmy is still in the hospital and unfortunately needs another surgery today, so he's not out of the woods yet. He's beyond grateful for all the support you've been giving him!
Since he hasn't been able to post any updates here we want to invite you, for those who are not following Jimmy on Facebook already, to join him on his Facebook page for the "Hospital Reports".
Thank you so, so much and let's keep on spreading the word and show everybody what our scene is all about.
