Help to move after tragic incident

Recent events have affected our lives tremendously. on the 6th of November 2017, our precious son sadly passed away in his sleep, due to cot death at just 9 weeks old. Due to these horrific circumstances we are no longer able to afford the house that we were living in, we are currently at a family members house, but this can’t be a long term thing due to spacing, We were looking for a property, but we do not have the funds to pay the fees, we are hoping to move out as soon as possible, and have seen a few (affordable in the long run) properties that we could potentionally move into, but the fees are high, and our old furniture has been thrown due to them being second hand and not a perfect condition at all, also having no where to store them during the time that we are living with a family member. We need a fresh start and it’s going to take a long time to sort everything out, furniture, also, old debts from the previous address.
We we’re unsure about doing this, as I feel we are asking a lot, but in this very difficult time, it’s all we can do to get ourselves back on our feet, and a fresh start.
