help the Mueller's get rolling

On Friday June 30th as Lynn was merging onto the interstate when the RPMs when all sorts of crazy. Thankfully she and the car were able to get turned around and make an extremely slow drive home. On Monday July 3rd a wrecker came to pick up the car. We got the call today that our transmission needs replaced. It's cheaper to buy a used transmission and replace it instead of rebuilding our current one. Our mechanic has found a matching transmission with 52k miles on it but it's going to cost right at 2200 for the repair and the wrecker fees. Our Acadia is our only vehicle and is not paid off. The mechanic has offered if we get to $1000 he would order the transmission and start working however wafted that it would need to be paid in full to get the car back so payments aren't much of an option.We've had several things happen this year that we just don't have any of the money to start the repair or a way to come up with it. We greatly appreciate any donations to get us back in our car!!
