Help Shaney Get A Laptop

Hey everyone!
For a year in half, I interned at Luis Network, home of The Luis Jimenez Show. In doing this internship, I learned the ropes of social media and the radio/podcast world. I was essentially the Digital Media intern. A position that was impossible to do with out a laptop. I would borrow the company's unreliable laptop. Once the laptop died on me, my friend let me borrow a 2009 Macbook. I was very grateful to be surrounded by great people who trusted me and wanted to help me but I knew that I would have to give it back. It was only a temporary.
In addition to interning for no pay, I was also involved at WPU's radio station, Brave New Radio. I was the Social Media Director, a 24/hr job. My first year being the director, I won an award for 'Best Use of Instagram.' However, this was another job impossible to do with out a laptop. I did simple edits on my phone most of the time and again I would borrow my friends or the university's dinosaur laptop.
While I was interning, working at BNR, and being a full time student, I also had a part time job. I didn't have much time to work. I spent more time doing things that I believed would help me get to my goal; being the next Oprah! I worked at a sneaker store, although I loved sneakers, I didn't see myself in that industry. Since, I wasn't working much, saving was very difficult. I never made enough money to support myself, pay my car, etc and buy myself a new laptop.
A few of you may know, I have moved out to Vieques, Puerto Rico on June 23rd.
In January 2018, just a couple months after Hurricane Maria, I came down for a week with other William Paterson University students and faculty to help out as best we could. We passed out hot meals to the elderly, handed out toys, clothes, filters, etc to families, and we partnered with Radio Vieques as sister stations, the community radio station in Vieques. On our last day, I knew I wanted to return and work with Radio Vieques.
Five months later and month after graduating, I obtained a position with my university as the Project Specialist. My job is to keep the sister station relationship between BNR and RV by syndicating programming. In order to do that, I set several goals; produce my own radio show called Gozando con Shaney, get the community involved in different departments at the station, gain more listeners, and help with their social media presence. Since I didn't own a laptop, my university provided me with the old dinosaur one I use to use when I was a student; an unreliable laptop. Again very grateful, but as my position with the university comes to an end on August 31, I will have to give it back and achieving my goals will be impossible with out a laptop.
Please help me get a laptop of my own so I can continue to work towards my dreams and goals! And when I become the next Oprah..
