Help Send Nauset Students to Boston Womens March

Donation protected
Dear Friends and  Neighbors,

"With a coalition of intersectional feminist organizations, March Forward Massachusetts is proud to announce the 2019 Boston Women's March returns to Boston Common on January 19, 2019. On this worldwide day of action, we show up together in solidarity with women and allies, in service of those who are most at risk from an agenda that seeks to marginalize and divide us. Our work that was outlined by the original Marches is far from complete. We continue to march forward, building energy and welcoming ever more activism into the arena, until the systems of supremacy which oppress us are dismantled. The 2019 March, taking place on the weekend before the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday, lifts up the ongoing work in the struggle for civil rights for so many communities."

We, Cape Cod Student Activists, want to support  students at Nauset Regional High School by enabling them to participate in this educational and activism experience.

The plan is for students to arrive in Boston by 10 AM and stay for the demonstration, leaving no later than 4 PM.  Safety is our number one priority.  The Women's march is hosted by a national organization that strives to ensure the safety of all participants with law enforcement presence and check-in stations throughout the march.  In addition, students will be in contact with chaperons who accompany them on the trip.

To charter a bus it will cost approximately $1500.00!  Charting a bus will hold about 35 students in addition to 10 chaperons to accompany the students to the march.  Your financial support will make this possible.  Sponsor a student at $30.00 and underwrite a seat on the bus.  But any donation will help defray the cost for all students.  Please visit our GoFundMe with the link attached or mail a check to Cape Cod Student Activists ℅ Benten Niggel (P.O. Box 322 N. Eastham MA 02651).

Thank you for your anticipated support for our students.

Sincerely,
Benten Niggel
A Student at Nauset Regional High School.

***All funds will be spent on transportation/logistics to the Women's March on1/19/2018 in Boston.  Withdrawl plans include transferring funds as needed into a specific bank account for this trip to pay for logistics of transportation to the March.   Thank you!

* Any money left over will either be maintained in the Cape Cod Student Activists Bank Account for future events, or money will be donated to March Forward Massachusetts.

By the way... here is some information about myself so you know this cause is legit and funds will be used appropriately! :)
