So most everyone knows that ive been a repoman for almost 20 years! Ive seen just about everything you can imagine from being shot at to being run over and everything in between... This past week I had to repo a elderley couple that were around 80 years old! They'd fallen behind because of the price of her husbands medications that have doubled over the last year! I was told he has the begining stages of dimentia and that they couldnt even affored to get a few of his scripts this month because of the price increases! I cant list the name of the debtor for legal reasons or the bank but after talking with Tom tonight we figured we need to do something to help these people out! the payoff on the car is just over 2100 dollars plus repo fee which im going to cancel! The car is a 98 buick thats in great condition and i can tell they have always taken care of! I figure that if everyone ive tipped 100.00 would throw in 10.00 we could pay it off asap! This is their only car and they have no relatives that can help so I wanna try to get this paid off by tues or weds if possible!! Please help me out on this and thanks in advance-Jim

I am heartbroken to report that we lost Stan yesterday from complications from a fall! Stan was a great person and treated everyone he met like family! I am asking everyone for a small favor to help relive the family of the funeral expenses and the helicopter/hospital bills that may arise from this tragic incident! If everyone could please donate 5.00 I think it would be a great help! Thats the price of a big mac value meal! summer is coming so if you're like me you could skip a few lunches anyway! RIP Buddy!

Jim, do you believe in fate? This story is the meaning of fate. You entered their lives in the most unlikely of ways. You were meant to. Thank you for sharing the Kipping's story with us. This story was a beam of light, a rainbow, from a news cycle that has been essentially negative for what seems like forever. The Kipping’s story has gone National; a reminder the elderly struggle silently every day with prescription costs to the point of losing everything they own.

Thank you for helping the Kippings! I am positive that they are so appreciative and they are so deserving of this gift! This is so amazing and reminds us of how giving and compassionate people can be. Our elderly often end up forgotten in the communities and they struggle trying to survive on a check that doesn't come close to matching the cost of living now days. Our "grandparents" should never have to choose between food and medication after all of the contributions they've made during their lives. God Bless you and all of the donors for making this a wonderful, stress free Thanksgiving for them! They truly deserved this miracle! ♥

I'm sorry that we can't afford to contribute due to illness. But I do want to say thank you for doing this. I can tell you from experience that this Obamacare crap has done so much negative to prices that their struggles are real and it's a great thing you have done for them. I tip my hat to you sir.

You are a wonderful human being. Please tell the Kipplings to contact the local Salvation Army. They should be able to give them assistance with meds or lead them in the right direction. God bless!

What a wonderful thing you've done! I'm a RN and my heart breaks for pts that have to decide which meds to buy and which ones they can't so they can eat. Thank you for your compassion and generosity. I've contributed and will share. Lift the cap and let the dollars pour in to help this sweet couple. What a wonderful Thanksgiving they will have tomorrow. Blessings to you!

Please give them this information. If you go to the pharmaceutical company's website there are patient assistants forms. They can use those to help pay for medications. Most of the time it's free. There are hundreds of sites to help pay for medications.
