Help parents in need of wheel chair enable vehicle

Alyssa is my 12 year old daughter who suffers from Cerebral Palsy and Global Developmental Delay - which means she can't walk, is non verbal, is incontinent, can not feed herself, has epilepsy and has limited communication , she is one of 2 siblings and 2 half siblings .Her biological father passed away 10 years ago this year and I have survived breast cancer 5 years ago this April, and we as a family only have one income as one of us has to care for Alyssa.
She is quite tall and heavy now and my husband and I can hardly lift her anymore, we do not have a wheelchair accessible vehicle, so as a family we do not go anywhere as someone has to be at home with Alyssa. She goes to school by Assisted school travel and is dropped home in the afternoon. We can not get to medical appointments in Sydney anymore unless they are local to where we live which is in Orange NSW , locally we can arrange a wheelchair taxi but we can not always afford this
. As well as being able to easily attend her medical appointments we would love to do simple things like a trip to the park or the pool , go to a friends house or a weekend away . We do have funds available through the National Disability Scheme which is divided up for different things Alyssa needs, however they do not fund vehicles , we would love to be able to buy a vehicle as soon as a month as we need to take Alyssa to a neurologist appointment which is in Sydney at West mead Children's Hospital and an appointment in Canberra to fit her with Assisted Foot Orthotics which help hold her feet straight so she can stand in her walker, she will never walk unassisted but has a walker at school so that she gets exercise and also so her muscles are used and so they are not in the same position all the time, it would mean the world to our family especially Alyssa and her brothers, so that I can take Alyssa by myself to Sydney to her medical appointments and not have to take all the boys out of school as I need help lifting her in and out of the car and into her wheelchair, we would also on the weekends be able to go out as a family or away on a holiday.
