Help Be Independent, Not Homeless

Hello there, my name is Caysie Barbee--mostly known as my artist internet alias: PC-Doodle.

The two cats in the photo above is my two sweethearts, Kari (left) and Doodle (right). I've had Doodle ever since I was 9 years old--I actually got him for my birthday! He's been my rock growing up, the only thing that's shown me genuine love and kept me going all of these years. Kari is a rescue we had gotten when she was only a 3-month old kitten--she's now about 3-4 years old and slobbers happily on anyone who has her in their lap.

I live in Three Rivers, California and despite that warm (and messy) introduction, I have finally have been pushed to my limits to ask for help.

Ever since I was 11, my parents had moved me away from city life to a town named Badger, and when I turned 14, we moved to Three Rivers.

Living in a town where it was 30+ miles away from any civilization and up in the mountains, where our biggest concern was boars or cliffs, naturally made it difficult to learn basic things like getting a job, driving a car, etc.
Not from lack of trying--I promise!

Both of my parents were extremely busy and never made time for me growing up (while the only job available in such a town was at a local bar... where a minor can't work). Places that were miles down the road were also out of the picture because of my legs and how there were no buses running. I'm disabled and can't walk or stand for more than 3-4 hours without being paralyzed from the pain it causes. All jobs in this quiet town (if I could even get to them) require employees to stand or else--and with my medical issues (not including my breathing that has hospitalized me 3 times already and forced me to drop out of college due to the California fires), I was cut out entirely.

So here I am at the age of 22 and left in a pathetic situation where I still can't get a job anywhere close to where I live or have a license to expand my search and be more independent.

Our family has always been notoriously poor, living paycheck by paycheck, and treated each other negatively--and with my parents asking me to move out on my own somehow, divorcing and in 10k debt, I can't get any help from them to move out and survive without just being homeless on the street.
We don't have family who can (or will) help us and any few friends I had made over the years don't have the power to help, so I'm here now to please ask if you'd be the one willing to help me instead.

The $1,000 is about a portion of what I'd need for a security deposit and first month's rent in an actual city with buses and jobs--from there I'd be able to go out and learn and support myself without having to rely on the charity of others.

I wouldn't be asking here if I had any other option, I'm expected to have enough savings for my own car, a security deposit and the means to take and care for my cats--but I won't be able to make it on my own with the parameters my family has set throughout my life.
I work as an artist in my spare time when I'm not taking care of other offline things (like house upkeep, nursing my grandpa, etc.), but with how fickle that market is, I only net about $40+ dollars a month off that if I'm lucky.
