Update 07/16/2018

My name is Marlene Garcia I am a University student in the state of Tennessee.

2 days ago I saw a video that was shared by Unilad that really touched my heart. I was able to get in touch with the guy who recorded the video Roland Villanueva. In hope of helping I set up this Gofundme page for little Elaine. He sent me the pictures below and let me know he had taken the girls to a clinic to get a check up, they are doing well!
I kind person Miguel has been able to contact the school and a teacher who teaches there for help and to also help oversee the funds being given to the family.
I have no relation to the family but am working with Rolando and the school to help them out.

This GoFundMe account is to help Elaine and her family to go through this tough time. Any kind of support, not just monetary is appreciated. Your prayers, thoughts, and energy will go a long way.

Below are the individuals with a huge hearts who are  helping out for Elaine and her family.

All the funds are going to Elaine's family

Update 07/18/2018

Hey Everyone! Miguel and Selma have been answering allot of your questions on facebook. Miguel has summerized so far what is being orgainized for the family with the funds being donated

Miguel Rodrigues Junior:

The fundraising only started 3 days ago  . We are in direct contact with Elaine’s school and Rolando (the guy who filmed Elaine). This offers the advantage that local trustworthy people will keep an eye on things.

The fundraising will be invested for them in a smart way: housing, beds, basic furniture, tuition fees for Elaine and her 3-year old sister, and a (2nd hand) tricycle so their father can start providing an income again after his illness. This allows us to keep control of the situation instead of simply handing over the money and not knowing what will be done with it. You can rest assured that the donations will be dealt with responsibly to the very last penny  .

If you have any questions feel free to message me!

Thanks!
Miguel.

Also , currently an apartment has been found and is getting ready for the family with the help of Roland and close friends I will post pictures as soon as I can get them!
Many have been asking about the new location of the family but for their safety it is best not to make it public for now, but am working on finding a place where gifts could be sent to them.

Once again Thank you to everyone! Seeing how much progress has occurred makes my heart full, I cannot express the gratitude, Funds will be sent from myself to Roland and Elena through money transfer.
and Please feel free to message any one one of us with any concerns or questions <3 we are all here to help Elaine.
