Help David get his daughters back

You are better off being rich and guilty than innocent and poor in America. Such is the case with my brother David Carlson. David Carlson, as many of you know, served in 3 tours to Iraq in the Marine Corp infantry, he taught for many years in the St. Paul Public schools district, as well as coached basketball and mentored at risk youth, and has run for office with the hope of making a difference in his community. He has served his country not only through his service as a Marine, but so many other ways.
In the military, they teach you to "Leave no man behind", but unfortunately when our servicemen and women return back to the states, They are often left behind, whether it be through discrimination in employment, in receiving proper health care, or in providing the necessary resources to help these men and women get reacclamated to their environment.
My brother David, has depletedd himself of nearly all of his resources, his money, his efforts, and his energy in an exhausting battle to get his beautiful10-year-old twin daughters back. They were taken away from him last year because he was accused of having PTSD and being unstable and unfit to have them. These accusations can not and have not been proven ever. In fact, I would be willing to bet my life that my brother has never put his beloved daughters in harms way, and has been Nothing short of a loving, caring, selfless, and proud father. I have witnessed countelss times, how in love with their father my two neices are and I can only imagine how confusing and scary it must be for them not knowing why their daddy is not around to be a part of their lives any longer. The girls are truly all that has helped my brother get past any sadness or trauma that he has endured in his life. Those little girls are his angels, his sun and his world.
Due to the fact that the opposing party has abundant funds to pay for the best attorneys, David has become yet another victim of the totally messed up justice system that we live in here in the United States, where Equal Justice under Law, continues to be a right only reserved for the wealthy of this country.
The odds are unfairly stacked against David, if he goes into the court room yet another time alone and unrepresented, his fate and the fate of his daughters will be determined before any words even come out in the court room.
I am asking your help in contributing to the funding of proper legal counsel for my brother David. This is a man who was on the front line taking bullets to defend our country and someone who has endured countless obstacles and challenges in his life. We are dedicated to raising $20,000 so David can retain a professional attorney to defend him in court and can fight to help reunite David and daughters. The thanks and gratitude that our family would have for Anything that you can contribute can not be conveyed. There are so many parents that cannot or do not want to be a part of their family's lives, this is one man that is dying to hold and hug his daughters and be the wonderful father that he always has been.
