Help Blasko's Lawyer Fees

Donation protected
Good Afternoon everyone,
Blasko has been in this country for about 30 years. He moved into the states with my mother at the age of 5. Since then, he and my mother have been through difficult times and always managed to get past them because of his diligence and mental fortitude. Blasko was always one step ahead of people and excelled at everything that he found enjoyable, this included football, karate, accounting, and construction management.
Sadly, my brother, Blasko has been detained by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement since June 2018, and is currently held at the Elizabeth Detention Center, with other wrongly accused citizens.

He was convicted of a crime in early 2000s and was set up to be arrested because of the malicious intent from the people around him.
Since then, he has paid his debt, and worked as a Project Administrator, continuing to live on his life as a normal American citizen, while helping me and my mother through financial struggles.

Since June 2018, we have hired an attorney to work on a PCR (Post-Conviction Relief). Which is a procedure whereby a convicted criminal can request that a conviction or sentence to be corrected. This gives him a chance to be bailed out and released.
We have also hired a immigration lawyer to pursue the crimes and defend his case to prevent him from being deported to Macedonia.

Because of these unfortunate circumstances, we have spent a total of $8,600, from our own money and credit cards, including assistance from family members. Now the immigration lawyer will proceed with a 42-A (Cancellation of Removal). This by far, is the last piece of our puzzle.

However, due to this, we have little to none for us to spare on continuing this case, and we are very close to the conclusion of these tough times. Because of this situation, we have fallen behind our bills, credit card statements, loans, and many more.

The final processing fees for this case is are $5,345.00 (which also includes $500 for the lawyer to represent my Brother on the final hearing). It has become impossible at this point to gather all the money together to pay off the lawyer. We have until December 10th to give the lawyer the remaining amount

Macedonia is currently in an unstable place, and if my Brother gets sent back, it will be catastrophic for him, and we will never be able to see him again. He has worked hard to become the man who he has become, and to see it go away in an instant, will be devastating and will leave me and my mother with a broken heart

Please donate whatever you can and help us bring back my brother!

UPDATE 12/20/18
Hello everyone,
Blasko had a court case for this PCR, which helps lower his charge to bondable. Good news is we now have a better chance of him getting out.
We are still way under the budget, and i tried to do my best on my side to help pay off the remaining balance. There's about $3,582 that we will need until January 10th to give to our lawyer, otherwise, that's our last hope.

UPDATE 1/1/2019
Hello Everyone, we got some pretty bad news, but we're hanging in there for the moment.
The lawyer is requesting the rest of the payment by January 2nd, 2019. With some help of others, we only need $4,900 (We recieved the new invoice and because she has added additional fees,  that is now the total). Please see if you can push the request to others. I would appreciate greatly.

In order to meet GoFundMe's verification process...
I am Chris, the younger brother of Blasko. I also live in New jersey. These funds will be used to help pay for lawyer fees and any concluding fees that will follow. I will be the one withdrawing the money into my account to pay off the lawyer bills. Rest of the additional money if we ever make it past our goal will go to subsequent fees.
