Two local residents filed for a quiet title claim to a large section of this original Church/Cemetery site.  After several months of legal filings, depositions and hearings, a mediation was held, and the Archdiocese decided to offer the Northern half of the disputed property to the Regensburg family.  This fundrasing effort is to help defray the legal fees incurred. This fund is not for the Archdiocese as they have their own attorney. This was for an attorney hired to protect the interests of the named defendants with adjoining property to the disputed site.
