GU Red Alert Washbag Appeal 2018!

Red Alert's Annual Washbag Appeal returns this Christmas - this annual collection supports the Simon Community Emergency Women’s Service in providing a gift containing items essential to health and wellbeing.
Can't make it onto campus to donate a washbag this year? No worries - you can donate here to contribute towards creating more! A standard washbag containing the essentials equals around £7 or £8, so a donation of this would be equal to one bag. You can donate any amount, as every penny will be spent on donations towards filling as many bags as possible.
Each washbag will (at least) contain shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, and wipes. Other additions may include soap, hand and body lotions, or deodorant. This year, the Service have been able to secure long-term funding for menstrual products including towels and tampons, so won't require any of these items!
Any surplus donations that don't fill entire bags will be used to purchase towels and tampons and will be donated to a local organisation (TBC).
(Target is not an actual target but rather to accommodate Go Fund Me’s platform - any donations will be appreciated with no target to reach!)
