in memory of Thomas Bothamley

In September 2015 I was put on another tablet for diabetes, I'd been diabetic for around 8 years! This meant I was now on 4 tablets a day and this really hit me hard, I realised that the following September I would be 40, I had my 2 children and my husband to think about aswel as myself! I decided to change my life. Within 12 months I reversed my diabetes by exercise and my love of running. In may I will be running my first half marathon at north Lincs in memory of Thomas Bothamley who sadly passed away July 2016. His mum and family are working hard to raise awareness of sudden cardiac death in young people.  Through this awareness I had one of my children screened through this amazing charity. Please dig deep and help us support such a worthy cause.
