G.E.P at Thomasboro Academy

On January 31st, 82 children will lose the place they love. The GEP afterschool program provides a FREE academic afterschool program to 82 students that attend Thomasboro Academy. This program has served the Thomasboro community and our school for 7 years. It provides our children with a safe place to go after school and includes a healthy supper, homework support and a variety of enrichment activities including science and mentoring. This program ensures that each student gets the love and support needed to be successful in life. Without this program, 82 students would lose a program that has helped them be the best they can be. Closing this program will hurt these children that look forward to coming every day.

Where will our children go? Will they be in a place with people to encourage, inspire and mentor them? Parents at Thomasboro depend on GEP to help their children and their family. GEP is a part of the village of support that helps our children succeed.
