Naturopaths Without Borders - Haiti

Hi friends, family, and fellow human beings!
For those of you who do not know, I am currently a 3rd year naturopathic medical student at the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, OR and I am reaching out for your support for a group of naturopathic doctors and medical students who will be traveling to provide medical care in Cape Haiten, Haiti during the 2017 Christmas Holiday.
Donations will support our team to travel to Northern Haiti so that we can provide Naturopathic medical care, community health education classes, training classes for birth attendants, malnutrition programs, and sustainable gardening projects for an underserved population. Naturopathic physicians and students are passionate about patient-centered care and delivering whole health solutions to complicated chronic disease issues that are often seen in impoverished areas of Haiti.
As the holidays will be near approaching, it is at the center of my heart to do all that I can to provide for those in Haiti who are suffering in an underprivileged population. Holidays are about giving and family, and this year we are hoping to give in a big way with the healing modalities of naturopathic medical care.
I am thankful and priveleged for the opportunity to bring assistance to this community as a medical student intern. Money will be going towards clinic donation/operation and hefty holiday transportation fees. Thank you for taking your precious time to read this. I am grateful for every one of you, and if you are not able to assist monetarily, your prayers, good energy, and love sent our way with us during this trip will be greatly appreciated!
