"I always thought "somebody" should do something, until I discovered that "I" was "somebody"

We are supporting a Foundation in a populous community in the south skirts of Bogota, Colombia. It serves children and seniors. It offers them daily food and additional care and education, among other activities. It is managed by local women from the same community who are founding other resources to learn about entrepreneurship and political participation. 

This small organization has been offering these services in very restricted conditions in a rented house. With the help of a few supporters we have bought a small lot and started construction for a place where they could continue their services. But we have run out of money. We have built a two story location, which needs finishing details such as masonry, painting, flooring and kitchen furnishings. 
We will continue with our projects but this money will be a great help at the moment.
